This return and refund policy ("Return and Refund Policy") governs services ("Services") and products ("products" or "medication") sold through online interfaces and properties, including websites and mobile applications, owned and controlled by Doko Medical Inc. ("Doko," "Doko MD," "we," "us," or "our").
Returns
For medication, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds due to government regulation.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, email support@doko.md and we will coordinate the exchange process with you.
Return Shipping
Email support@doko.md and we will coordinate how to return a defective or damaged order. All returns of medication must be sent back to the dispensing pharmacy. Doko MD cannot receive returns directly.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for an exchanged product to reach you may vary.
